St Stephen’s Hospital Open Day

About

St Stephen’s Hospital in Hervey Bay is Australia’s first fully integrated digital hospital. The $96 million facility, which opened in 2014, today provides Fraser Coast residents with access to a comprehensive range of inpatient medical services, as well as day surgery.

You’re invited to come along to St Stephen’s Hospital Open Day on Friday 7 April, 10am – 2pm. Come and explore our state-of-the-art facilities and discover how technology is being used to transform patient care.

The event will begin at 10am in the relaxed al fresco area next to our Recovery Room Café, where there will be a chance to spend some time chatting with our staff about our services and patient care model. You can also join the tour of McPhail Ward at 11am, where you will have the opportunity to experience our e-health technology in person.

Following the tour, we hope you’ll be able to stay on to join staff and volunteers in celebrating World Health Day, with a free BBQ lunch.
