Located on St Stephen's Hospital Campus
Dr Surendra Bhutra moved to Hervey Bay in 2004 and liked the area so much that he decided to move to the area permanently. Dr Bhutra trained in anaesthesia in India and moved to Australia in 2001. He completed his college requirements and obtained the FANZCA in 2006.
Dr Bhutra has been working full time in private practice since May 2014. Prior to this he worked for Queensland Health for over 13 years.
Currently, Dr Bhutra holds the position of honorary director of peri operative services and anaesthesia at St Stephen’s Hospital.
