Selection process

The UnitingCare Health selection process is designed to learn about you as a whole person – not just your clinical skills as a nurse. The selection process enables us to assess your clinical knowledge, how you go about your work, your motivational fit with the organisation and your career goals.

The types of tasks you will be required to complete include:

  • Clinical Knowledge Assessment
  • Verbal and Logical Reasoning Assessments
  • Group Activities
  • Behavioural/Motivational interview

We combine several of these tasks into our selection process to ensure we give you every opportunity to show us your capabilities.
