Dr Ian Cripwell MBChB FFA(SA) FANZCA
Dr Cripwell was brought up in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), where he obtained his undergraduate degree, and specialised in anaesthesia at the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
He obtained his MBChB in 1983, became a Fellow of the Faculty of Anaesthetists of South Africa (FFA(SA)) in 1990 and a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) in 2001.
Dr Cripwell was in private anaesthetic and intensive care practice in South Africa and Zimbabwe before moving to the Fraser Coast in 1999 where he has been involved in the public and private sector hospitals since.
